I thought they were working on the Geek Squad team to help people with their computers , Not make the customer feel like they shouldn't ask questions . terrible experience Wellington Road south store , London, Ontario middle of June 2025.

I called and they told me my phone was still being covered and that they wouldn't reimburse me even though they specifically told me that I was ending protection on ALL my devices in the home. The agent on the phone was extremely unhelpful and told me we would not be getting our money back.
