    Been pretty stressed about getting my laptop repaired. Had Ray help me out with the whole process and they were fabulous. So friendly and helpful. Glad I was able to get the help I needed with as little stress as possible!

    Service is fine but you cannot get through by phone to check on your order or work being done. They offer a return call within 24hrs. If you want to check or make a change to your order you have to go in store instead of a simple phone call. Better options out there that actually have customer service capabilities
