- UTUmar TanwirApr 11, 20232.0Not a good experience if you run into issues. My fridge ran into issues (cooling, water system) that has taken best buy over one month and problem is still not resolved. Everytime you call, they file a ticket and send a local contractor over, who in turn orders parts that foednt fix the problem because they never diagnose it properly. There is no escalation path, the ticketing system is useless to get updates and no one calls you back with information even when the agent days they will. The only reason I'm giving 2 starts is because they do schedule someone to take a look pretty quickly but other than that very unsatisfactory.

I called from 8:30 until 8:50 9 times and tried every option and a person did not answer once . I’m in there often and always 20 employees wandering around . But everyone must have been to busy to answer my call ... when paid commission sales people fight over calls but they are paid hourly so same pay answer or not .
