You pay $16 a month for protection but they don't fix anything, they ship it off to be repaired. Next time I'll save the $192 a year and just take it to a local repair shop...it's probably cheaper and definitely more convenient. Also, ignore the bot response from "the owner" below. It leads to the generic "submit a question/complaint" section of the national website.

We needed to securely fasten ourselves to prevent damage to our computer. When contacted in regards to it there was no offer to return and have it fixed properly. Actually blamed it on the shippers.
