- NHNicholas HatchApr 28, 20254.0Was looking to upgrade parts on my new gaming pc, and purchase equipment to start streaming visited Best Buy to purchase the parts and equipment. Still had lots of question I planned on googling when I arrive . Upon arrival , I was approached by geek squad staff who answered all my questions and helped me compare equipment and part brands . At the end they suggested if I ever need help with repairs or anything give them a call. A few days later I tried to call to to book some help with finding and possibly installing a new pc cooler . The process to get ahold of someone to even see if this is something they could help with was complicated, long and unhelpful . Ended up taking it to a different shop for installation

They set me up with a very knowledgeable gentleman named Peter. He installed my security camera and instructed me on its operation. As a senior with limited technological knowledge this help was very valuable to me. I am completely impressed with Peter's professionalism and his kind, considerate, patient manner. I want to thank the "Geek Squad" and especially Peter for providing such an essential service to this community for a very affordable price. All the best and thank you again.
