  These guys aren't doing enough "geeking" to ensure the product is functional. I've ordered two Samsung TVs Open Box but "Certified By Geek Squad" in the past month, both with severe graphics problems; the first flickered then shut off permanently, the second one streamed video in inverted psychedelic colours. Both had to be returned. It's a runaround I don't need geeks, so one star for you.

  $3000 television stopped working after 1.5 years. Filed a Service request - no answer days later. Called the third party service centre and they said that Best Buy never even filed the service request properly instead they cancelled it. Filed another service request again same type of issue. Told Best Buy what was happening and they straight out, refused to look into the matter and said that there was no problem. Ended up talking to the third-party repair technicians themselves and they were the ones that ended up helping me. Alreayd waited whole week for a call back. Now they’re saying it’ll take another week or even longer. What kind of garbage service is this? Reporting them to the better business bureau.

  HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!! We buy 5 years guarantee for our laundry dryer machine and I they told us to file a service request online to get fixed. Our guarantee file doesn’t even exist In their website! Their CHAT doesn’t work, and when we called to their customer protection phone they find our invoice, our guarantee etc but the agent REFUSE to send someone to fix the dryer because the machine serial number, and they NO OFFER ANY OTHER SOLUTION! Never had such bad problems with another store in my life that the problems we had and have with the HORRIBLE COMPANIES who work with BEST BUY! Their delivery company is an HORTIR also, and now their GEEK SQUAD absolutely BAD!!!!

  Don’t get the warranty! Had a warranty with geek squad here and gave in my laptop for repairs. I’ve been paying monthly for 2 years, and honestly it was because I forgot I had it. They replaced the motherboard board and when I got home all was fine until I noticed that my hard drive went from 1 TB to 500 GB. That is ridiculous and I’m having to go back and forth with these guys and they don’t believe me! They say that this laptop doesn’t come in a 1tb model but you can google it and find it on the asus website! Don’t believe me search up Asus M3500 laptop. On the official website Ryzen 7 5800, 16 gb ram, 1tb hard drive. This warranty just gave me a downgrade!
