- KKKobraOct 7, 20251.0These guys aren't doing enough "geeking" to ensure the product is functional. I've ordered two Samsung TVs Open Box but "Certified By Geek Squad" in the past month, both with severe graphics problems; the first flickered then shut off permanently, the second one streamed video in inverted psychedelic colours. Both had to be returned. It's a runaround I don't need geeks, so one star for you.
- SMShehrezade MAug 2, 20251.0$3000 television stopped working after 1.5 years. Filed a Service request - no answer days later. Called the third party service centre and they said that Best Buy never even filed the service request properly instead they cancelled it. Filed another service request again same type of issue. Told Best Buy what was happening and they straight out, refused to look into the matter and said that there was no problem. Ended up talking to the third-party repair technicians themselves and they were the ones that ended up helping me. Alreayd waited whole week for a call back. Now they’re saying it’ll take another week or even longer. What kind of garbage service is this? Reporting them to the better business bureau.

All I wanted to do was ask a simple question. This is bizarre. I brought my business to Canada Computers across the street instead, at least they pick up the phone.
