    DO NOT GET THIS. They told us it would protect our computer for life. Our computer broke and they are telling us that it is too old so they couldn't get parts if they wanted to. When we bought it we were told that if it becomes obsolete, it would be replaced with something of equal value. Total BS. They sold it as insurance. DON'T be deceived like I was

    The worst. I will never use geek squad again. They cancelled 3 appointments over 3 months and never ended showing up. I cancelled and did all the installations myself.
