    Geek squad is really NOT recommended to anyone please don’t buy any protection plan on phone because they charge me around $250 for coverage and my phone have damage and they said they will send a refurbished replacement for that and going to charge $230 again for service fees this is totally bullshit and bestbuy staff is not going to help you in protection plan

    I've used the Cambridge Geek Squad 3 times for separate installations and have been incredibly happy with each result. Friendly, fast service and great results!

    Worst ever service. Lack of communication regarding claims. After being assured by online chat agent that my receipt was received several times, i waited for days without any follow up and eventually received a call stating that they haven't received any purchase receipt yet. I am left feeling frustrated after almost 1.5 months of putting in the warranty claim and dissatisfied GEEK SQUAD's lackluster service. I would not recommend them to anyone and advise others to seek alternatives.

    I had an extended warenty for 4 years for my laptop and my hard drive stopped working and they wouldnt replace it :(
