After being assured by online chat agent that my receipt was received several times, i waited for days without any follow up and eventually received a call stating that they haven't received any purchase receipt yet. I am left feeling frustrated after almost 1.5 months of putting in the warranty claim and dissatisfied GEEK SQUAD's lackluster service. I would not recommend them to anyone and advise others to seek alternatives.
