At any rate the HOME THEATRE INSTALLATION SPECIALISTS SCOTT and DARON were phenomenal; professional, enthusiastic, patient. They answered all my questions and they took the time to make and everything worked properly. Any further hone repairs, Scott and Daron are the men to go to.

Anyway 2 wonderful men Mitch and Duran delivered my TV and hooked it up and showed me some new stuff that I was entitled to but didn’t know about. It was a great experience meeting these 2 smart men thank you . Marnie

They installed a new one and then called me, stating the USB ports don’t work for some reason and the DVD drive on the computer won’t work either because the power supply doesn’t have a compatible connection. So we cancelled the repair service. Then they tried to charge an additional $40 on top of the $55 diagnosis fee for installing/uninstalling a part that didn’t even work properly. LOL! Huh!? This all ended up being a huge waste of time…

Paid for a service call and then told over the phone the same day as the appt. they can't help. Wasted the day waiting for them to arrive and then had to battle Mr. Bryan for my refund. Just a bunch of belligerent twits.
