- SHShawn HejnoSep 15, 20222.0Came in with a laptop that needed to be formatted (didn't have a bitlocker password) and they said the charge was around $190, went to another computer repair shop and they did it for $95, with reinstall of windows and removal of bitlocker garbage. No need to overcharge. But service was quick at least.

Paid for a service call and then told over the phone the same day as the appt. they can't help. Wasted the day waiting for them to arrive and then had to battle Mr. Bryan for my refund. Just a bunch of belligerent twits.

I left my laptop with waranty to repair the hinge and after 34 days when I call to follow up they said it is not repairable and will give me a gift card. the Geek Squad are not knowledgable and very irresponssible. They don't try to solve the problem. They just want to get rid of complaining customers. They even hungup the phone in the middle of my speaking. Terrible terrible people and service. They should be called Geek Stupid.
