    Loved the experience with mobility , but geek squad need to be improved , once was a proud customer of bestbuy , really they should match the same experience once I had it in bestbuy headquarters in Minneapolis

    Should have read the reviews before visiting. yet another worst experience. Shankar should definitely work on his attitude and be better while dealing with customers. Looks like he’s not happy with the job. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

    Thanks Geek Squad for providing great customer service just to charge consumer per month a huge $30 per month that matters a lot. Upon subscribing Geek Squad, a consumer will never be contacted, rather when we call to complain, calls never reach to the CSA teams and are asked to call later. So CSR team is never bothered to resolve computer issues after having subscribed for more than a year and getting no value absolutely. Completely unhappy by the quality of services provided by Best Buy and Geek Squad. Not sure the current staff are same or now have to explain my issues, no value, highly disappointing.

    spent 3200 plus 700 for a warranty and did my first warranty repair and they used refurbished parts in a high end laptop!!! the parts lasted three days and broke already! what a waste of time i called in for a second warranty claim and they took there sweet time and sent me a box a week later!!! truly an absolute waste of time and money will never use your service again and best buy get better staff!
