- PBPaul BonelloOct 8, 20251.0spent 3200 plus 700 for a warranty and did my first warranty repair and they used refurbished parts in a high end laptop!!! the parts lasted three days and broke already! what a waste of time i called in for a second warranty claim and they took there sweet time and sent me a box a week later!!! truly an absolute waste of time and money will never use your service again and best buy get better staff!

I gave my laptop on 29 Aug and when i gave the geek squad representative clearly made a note for shipping the laptop back to home once the battery is replaced. Am reaching out to geek squad from morning today(Sep 8) and am not getting the answer for why it has been shipped to store. This is frustrating and the geek squad employees in brampton who are calling are not responding to my query. They dnt care for customers. Brampton Geek squad is Very very worst. When you go there please be careful.Even the Manager is rude. If you know hindi in a english speaking country you are well treated.

When shipping my LAPTOP back to me, they put the wrong NAME and address. Which has put my laptop into limbo without an updated tracking number available to me. Would never recommend. I regret putting trust in geeksquad and recommend people find another solution. 0/10.
