He replied yes, and he assured me that the item was tested and everything is fine. After installing the new counter top and cutting the hole specific to it, we order the installation. I found out that 2 out of 5 burners are not working. Sensor failed. This was the probably reason for returning … obviously they knew that and still sold the item.
