They didn't have hardly any of the SSD's in store and as stated before told me $99 to install the OS. I ordered my own SSD online and installed the OS in like 15 minutes with the help of a YouTube video...
- CTC. TorchFeb 15, 20255.0Phenomenal service. I have no clue how to set up a Smart TV. These two gentlemen came in, noticed I did not have what I needed to set it up properly. They told me exactly what to buy and set my tv up until I could get the products needed. The set up a return date very quickly and came in and fixed it all up for me. Google Chromecast, showed me how to work it. They even cleaned up and took all the boxes for me. They had alot of patience in dealing with me. Very impressive.

They were friendly, professional and showed empathy for my dilemma. They even told me how to avoid this happening in the future. The tech who repaired my laptop was Alex from the Belleville store. He is amazing and I predict will go far in this industry. I love the Belleville store!
