They were professional, efficient, and took the time to make sure everything was set up perfectly. The TV was mounted securely and looks fantastic, and the calibration has made a huge difference in picture quality. I’m very happy with the service and would definitely recommend Geek Squad to anyone looking for a smooth, worry-free installation.

I spent 3 hours on the phone with these people today because they cancelled my order 3 times in a row, each time saying that it was my bank's fault. I contacted the bank each time, confirmed that the payments were validated on the bank's end, and coming through. The bank finally opened up on the third time and told me that Best Buy is a well-known problem for people trying to order things online. Not a single one of the Best Buy employees mentioned that might be the case instead they kept saying that it was my fault, my bank's fault, and they cancelled the order, and I missed out on the item that I wanted. Now I have to go buy that item for another location, which is fine because I'll probably never come back to shop here online again. That's for sure quite a bold strategy to take going forward in an online-heavy shopping space.

- JLJason LessardMay 25, 20192.0Took my MacBook here to try and have malware removed from it. Spent $30 for them to run a program and remove what they could but it was unsuccessful. I received a phone call with a request to back up, wipe and reinstall my operating system. They wanted $229. I picked my computer up and took it to the Apple store in Newmarket to have the same thing completed for free. I get that geek squad is a business but I find that price a little too steep for what I say and waited for the Apple store to complete. I caution you to do your homework before just turning your computer over to Geek squad!!!
