The day before we got a confirmation message from them saying that we would get a phone call the next morning with a 2hour time window that they would be there at. We got no phone call so at 4pm I called them and they said we were still on the appointment list for that day and they are open till 7pm. We'll, it's now 7:30 and we didn't even get a call to reschedule. We wasted a whole day waiting and would have been fine to reschedule but now I'm angry. We got a really good deal on the calibration so we thought we'd try it out but this was ridiculous.
