To be honest, onboarding was un-fun (for us not accounting people) but the support from Foundation was and continues to be incredible! We have taken advantage of the many extras available such as custom reports, custom queries and my all time favorite, being able to import our credit card statements into Foundation rather than hand enter it all - WHOOT! We also worked with Foundation to be able to import timesheets from our own custom website - so that was very cool too. Payroll processing went from a 20 hour a week chore to a streamlined few hours, freeing up time for us to keep on top of other work and find new ways to optimize processes and support the company. We are no longer surviving each week but we are thriving and that is a great feeling!
