  I am a senior and I don't play well with computers and I don't trust big box stores so I am glad that I found Ty .... he is knowledgeable , patient , friendly and his rates are reasonable . He was able to solve my problem(s) and is more than accommodating with follow up questions that you might have . Thanks Ty .

  Tyler was super helpful, very thorough in finding what was going wrong with my HP laptop, had it fixed in under two hours, and offered a very reasonable price for the service. I definitely recommend him if you're looking for computer repairs.

  I brought in my PS5 for a cleaning and Liquid Metal application. Tyler did a great job with the clean up. My PS5 looked brand new when I got it back. Also, I was shocked by the ridiculous turn around time. I brought my console in on a Friday night around 6 and Tyler had it ready for pick up by the next morning. That is not something I asked for or expected being all the other shops I called told me it would be a couple of days to a week. Very much appreciated. I will be bringing all my electrics here for repair in the future.

  Let me tell you a story about this here PC and the absolute amazing human being that is Tyler at One Stop PC Repair. This PC used to look a lot different as in a whole separate motherboard. I brought it to One Stop PC Repair on a Saturday at 12:00 with only my intuition and a tiny bit of troubleshooting telling me it’s the motherboard. Not only did my computer not boot up it was basically no life other than the fans. I was at One Stop PC repair for 6 hours now yeah ik that might be on the longer side but it couldn’t have been more worth it. Not only did Tyler do absolutely everything he could to revive the motherboard where he was at from rebending one of the cpu pins on my board to wiping down and cleaning everything it could’ve possibly been. After multiple tests and attempts to reseat the cpu and clean the board we decided it was definitely the motherboard at this point and went to swap it out. I left the shop for 50 minutes to go and get a new motherboard in that time not only did Ty have the entire pc apart and laid out so perfectly that with the new board it was back together in 15 minutes but even took the liberty to wipe down every panel and clean the whole case. All before getting himself some lunch to keep his energy up. After rewiring it all we still had issues and yet despite my endless despair he knew it wasn’t the motherboard anymore put in 2 new sticks of ddr5 updated the bios took them out and put mine back in and voila my computer was as beautiful as the day it got built. There’s still more to this even after going through all that and working on this for 5+ hours now Tyler even took the liberty of installing all my drivers updating my fan curves and making sure everything was all set and steady for me to get right back on when I got home that day. I’ll say this it’ll be the only place you ever find me going for any sort of tech repair from the 10+ years experience to the fact every question I had was answered to even saving me every penny he could. I couldn’t of asked for a better repair shop to end up in or a better human being to help me figure it all out.
