- AHAshley HeslopApr 14, 20235.0My laptop started showing error 0xc00000e after an update. I tried restoring it to a previous save before it updated. My laptop clearly did not like that, and decided to throw a new error: critical process died. I only know so much about computers. After several failed attempts at fixing it, I was frantic. This is my work computer. I called the store and chatted with Tim about factory resetting it completely with no data recovery (didn't need it), he said they could see it same day and that they'd have it flashed in an hour. He wasn't kidding! My husband dropped it off and checked in with them after the hour, since he drove from Fernley. Tim said it was all done, just updating. The price was extremely reasonable. I would absolutely use them again.
