    My senior citizen mother brought her computer in as she was having an issue with it and the workers were very dismissive of her. She isn’t a very techie person and doesn’t know the language but she is able to describe the issues if you give her time. When I got home from work she was very upset saying they were talking down to her and just kept telling her that nothing is wrong. The next week I went in to the store with her and experienced the same issue, the worker was rude and said he told her last week there was no issues. I spoke up and asked how they know and he said he can see everything and there is no flags. The workers were trying to blame the issue on incorrect settings on a program installed on the laptop. Only when I reminded them that they had installed that program did they actually consider other potential issues. They suggested mom may need a special adaptor for this issue. They didn’t offer to order her one or help find one. I was very disappointed with the whole situation. As I said, my mother is a senior but she is still a customer with a computer problem. She was treated rudely and made to feel like an idiot simply because she doesn’t know computer terminology. I won’t be recommending Geek Squad.

    Refuse to give a basic quote for inspection of a PC over the phone. Demand it be brought in with no price range set. Rude on the phone when I didn't make an appointment. Avoid these people. Money grabbing and rude elitist attitudes. Returning my all my best buy orders as I type this because I won't purchase a warranty that is as worthless as geek squad is.
