I called to use my warranty or at least get it fixed, if I wasn't speaking to an artificial intelligence, I would get nothing but dismissive and condescending customer service. They transferred me to a number that only services the states over and over again. Getting scam vibes If I could rate less than 1 star I would. 0/10

Upon bringing the PC they said it's gonna take at least two weeks or more than a week to fix it and were asking for an extra charge. When we asked about what were we supposed to do meanwhile the agent said it was up to us and none of our concern. Don't buy from Best Buy and don't waste money on Geeksquad.
