  I was cold-emailed by their salesperson Sarah and I wish every day she had just left me alone and let me run my business in peace. There’s not a single good thing I can say about this company from their unclear contract, hidden fees, empty promises and lack of software functionality. They said they’d solve the issues I was having with Square but instead presented a hundred new ones. As soon as I signed the contract they basically said I was stuck now and there was nothing they were going to do to help me, the dismissive attitude was deplorable. Thank you Sarah for costing my small business nearly $1000 with absolutely nothing to show for it.

  Absolute nightmare of a company. Hidden fees everywhere, zero honesty up front. They are now trying to tack on a $50 charge for services that were never discussed, never approved, and never requested. When confronted, they stonewall and keep billing anyway. This feels intentional, misleading, and greedy. Do not trust them. Save yourself the headache and stay away.

  Be very carful when signing up with them they ate Shady, unprofessional, and deceptive. This company sneaks in surprise fees and is now demanding $50 for services that were never explained, discussed, or approved in any meeting. They add charges without consent, provide no meaningful support, and still expect payment. Nothing about this feels honest or ethical. I will be reporting this business to the Better Business Bureau. Dealing with them is a mistake you will wish you avoided.

  Awful experience, You get billed for things you never asked for. They add extra services without request or consent, then charge you as if it was your idea. They even billed for a charging portal that was never shipped, yet somehow charged for the shipping anyway. Nothing was ever discussed about using their charging services at all. This is sloppy at best and deceptive at worst. Surprise charges, made-up fees, and zero accountability. Do not do business with a company that invents services after the fact.

  Hidden fees, poor customer service, and no accountability. I had a very disappointing experience with this company. Pricing was not transparent, and hidden fees appeared later that were never clearly disclosed upfront. When I reached out for clarification, customer service was unhelpful, dismissive, and slow to respond. Even more frustrating, the company does not take accountability for its services or billing practices. Concerns were brushed aside rather than addressed, and there was no effort to resolve the issues in a fair or professional manner. I would not recommend this company to anyone who values honesty, clear communication, or reliable customer support. Proceed with caution.
