- PBPaula BroughtonDec 16, 20251.0I regret signing a contract and have not even gone live with this system. I have been working on setting up the system for 2 months now and still not done. I set up Mangomint in a week including intake forms along with additional forms. The forms with Meevo are a huge disappointment. If you pay extra (have to get a quote) then you might get forms you are not embarrassed to have. I specifically told them that I wanted a better way for providers to see add on services on the schedule. Was assured they offer this. It is a 1A icon which is no better than Mangomints symbol. They state you can color code it, however it requires the appointment to be opened to see the add on services. I really do not understand how this system cannot update the schedule immediately when a client books. You have to log in, refresh page, or be doing a task in the system for the schedule to update and show the appointment. I was sent to a cancellation specialist since I have complained about items that I am not happy with on most calls. Have no idea why they say that title for anyone there. They give no grace period and you have to pay for the year even if you do not finish the set up. Now I understand the sign today for this deal sales pitch. I should have known better when given today only deal involving a contract.

Never again!
