Our onboarding process begins with a thorough, paid IT assessment, which helps find the vulnerabilities and incompatibilities in your system before we get started. We translate our learnings into a one-year IT strategy, budget and roadmap, and with your approval, the 30-day onboarding process begins. During this time, we’ll meet with your current IT service provider to discuss transitions, address remediations, purchase/install any needed equipment and set up your client portal. New client billing begins when a contract is signed and is billed every 30 days thereafter. Flat-rate IT support packages offer predictable costs from month to month, while extra charges for special IT projects or consulting are estimated and added to the bill as needed. Integris provides an IT help desk for end users, which is staffed during business hours by qualified, US-based tech experts. Custom service plans are available for customers needing an end-user help desk outside of business hours. All the IT tools and systems we provide for our clients are managed and monitored around the clock, 365 days a year. We ensure active 24/7 IT support for high-impact system alerts and outages, with a service pool of engineers who respond based on based on priority levels PI, P2, P3 and P4. Services provided outside our service package agreements are billed at $150 to $225 an hour, based on region.
