- DMDoug MarekFeb 17, 20261.0PcLaw used to be excellent, Now support is horrible. PcLaw keeps crashing. It's been almost a year. A couple of month ago Helen Taylor, the head of sales, replied to my email saying that no other customer is experiencing the problem we are having, and PcLaw support devotes its time to providing support that helps the most customers. Since we are the only one with the problem, according to Helen, PcLaw didn't have the time to fix our problem. PcLaw does have enough time to bill us for support (AMP) each month. Since we receive no support from PcLaw, we won't renew our support contract when it expires in April. We'll still use PcLaw, but we won't pay for it anymore. Also, 2 months ago PcLaw sent out an email to all of its customers denying the rumor that PcLaw is going out of business-which certainly the surest sign that PcLaw is going out of business.
