  I stood at the Geek Squad counter for nearly 10 minutes with no one in sight. Eventually, I had to ask a Best Buy employee if anyone was even working that section. When someone finally showed up, they couldn’t resolve my issue. I also asked for a screwdriver and was simply pointed toward an aisle rather than being assisted—especially frustrating after waiting so long. This isn’t the first time I’ve had a poor experience at this location. The staff often seem disinterested, and unless you approach them, they’re more likely to be chatting among themselves than helping customers. I ended up leaving and purchasing the item elsewhere where I received much better customer service. This store really needs to do better. Customer service shouldn’t feel like an inconvenience to staff.

  Honestly, the OS Diagnostic/Reinstall of windows service that I received was fantastic, and speedy quick as well. From the positivity of the employee when i dropped it off, to the pleasant employee helping me with the pick up of my tower was wonderful, and i couldn’t have asked for more. They would get 5 stars, however it seemed that they were understaffed (one person in) at the wrong times, not necessarily anyone’s fault, so wait times were a tad longer than expected. And this reason is just me being picky but feel it should be mentioned, as I am apart of their membership club, you would think that depending on the nature of repair/task performed by the employee that they would potentially give it a little bit of a spray with air if they notice some dust, or small spot cleaning if it needs it. Other than that the service was quick, and on point. Very respectable young men, and good at their job. Thank you guys, you saved my life.
