- EAEdwin ADOOAug 7, 20251.0I stood at the Geek Squad counter for nearly 10 minutes with no one in sight. Eventually, I had to ask a Best Buy employee if anyone was even working that section. When someone finally showed up, they couldn’t resolve my issue. I also asked for a screwdriver and was simply pointed toward an aisle rather than being assisted—especially frustrating after waiting so long. This isn’t the first time I’ve had a poor experience at this location. The staff often seem disinterested, and unless you approach them, they’re more likely to be chatting among themselves than helping customers. I ended up leaving and purchasing the item elsewhere where I received much better customer service. This store really needs to do better. Customer service shouldn’t feel like an inconvenience to staff.
