    Spent 10 minutes on their automated answering system and still didn't get to speak to anyone. If this is the best they can do - I don't want them repairing my computer!!

    worst service ever complete waste of time. Never use geek squad or purchase anything from them. Impossible to make a claim of any kind.

    Don't waste your time or money on these Geeks! They are NOT educated enough to know how to fix anything. Had my PC there for FIVE days and they couldn't figure out. Luckily the WONDERFUL staff at Staples had my PC Fixed in less than 1/2 a day! Folks... DO NOT bother with these Geeks GO TO STAPLES!
