Flat out...HE IS THE BEST!!! He is available with a simple phone call at any time of day or evening. A lot of things he can take care of with our computer through his wireless remote hook-up to our computer. This saves him and us time from having to come to our house. He also has us on a "maintenance program";where he periodically comes out and refreshes our computers and keeps them updated and working properly. Along with all this;he is respectful of our time. He is just a nice professional who cares about your computers and questions and concerns as if they were his own. I hope he stays in business for many,many years as he is most helpful for all our computer needs. Keep up the great work!!!
