  I strongly recommend ATCS for all your computer needs. They diagnosed an issue that had rendered my laptop unusable and installed a new SSD, Windows, and drivers, AND transferred my files all within 24 hours. I don’t recall the name of the gentleman who helped me, but he was highly professional and courteous each time we spoke. He updated me about the issue and likely cost of parts/repair before further labor charges were incurred. My final bill was very reasonable and the whole process was a breeze. No need for further searching for a computed repair shop - if you’re reading this, then you’ve found the one.

  Dennis and his team - Thank You! They recovered my laptop from a MicroSoft Bitlocker error which locked up my computer and encrypted it. They replaced the battery (the source of the problem), decrypted the drive, and set up a excellent backup system. I am a very pleased ATCS customer.

  I have a custom built desktop system that's about 2 years old. I do a lot of work on my own computers, but ran into a snag with this one where it would shut down during boot. I had it narrowed down to a couple of hardware issues as the likely culprit, but didn't want to spend hundreds of dollars replacing components that didn't need to be replaced as a means of trying to figure out what the problem was. I sought the services of Automated Technologies Computer Services (ATCS) to help troubleshoot and repair. It didn't take long for Dennis to isolate the most probable cause, and with my concurrence he replaced the component. He was right. I got my computer back the day after I dropped it off, and it's running great again. I paid fair market retail for the replacement component, and I thought the labor rate was quite reasonable. This was my first time working with ATCS, and I did so based on the fact that it's a local, well-established business and has multiple glowing reviews from satisfied customers. Put me down as another one of those customers. I'm very happy with the service I got and will certainly use their services the next time the need arises.
