They replaced the battery (the source of the problem), decrypted the drive, and set up a excellent backup system. I am a very pleased ATCS customer.
- BABob AbramAug 14, 20255.0I have to say that from the first phone call I could tell I was actually talking to someone that knew what he was talking about, I know nothing about computers so it was very stressful not knowing what to do, I called DELL what a mistake that was 3hr and finally told me that I would have to take it somewhere that they couldn't FIX it, So I took my computer 🖥️ in the staff was great and they let me ramble on about what I thought was wrong and they didn't make me feel uncomfortable, I dropped this off this morning at 10:45 they called around 1 or so they told me what was wrong how much it would cost and then told me that he would have it done today, I ask if they could deliver and set everything up for me they told me no problem. Everything done in 1 day friendly staff very professional cost was less than I thought it would be,
