We acquired a new copier for our office, and throughout the entire process, Lase Line Representative Mark Corsi has supported us every step of the way. Our organization has implemented a new system for handling Purchase Orders (P.O.), and we encountered several challenges, but regardless of the situation, Mark consistently supported us. He not only assisted us in speeding up the P.O. process, but when the copier arrived, he delivered it to us “personally,” along with Rollin and Greg. The copier was set up in under an hour; he thoroughly outlined the primary features of the new machine, encouraged me to ask questions, and showed me the functions I use most frequently. I sincerely appreciate your efficient, “outstanding customer service,” the level of detail, and the way you conduct business as a whole. I have, and will continue to, recommend your services to everyone I know. Keep up the good work. Thank you for the dedication and effort you put into every interaction we have had with you and your company. In my opinion, Lase Line is the BEST in the industry.
