    Took my computer in for a hardware issue a while back, they changed my software from windows 7 to windows 10 without asking me and didn't even give me a copy of my old system or a backup for the new OS. It's never been the same, has constant issues now. Would not recommend, appalling service.

    My experience was kind of shocking. When I asked one of your people what it would cost to hang my 60 inch screen on my living room wall, thier reply was $350. To me that's about half the price of a new 60 inch screen. Please send me your reply

    Poor customer service from the Nerd Herders (Chuck ftw). Once they have you signed up, that's where the "caring" pretty much stops. From then on, they'll charge you for everything. Move the TV down a few inches? That's a full installation fee of nearly $200. I'm going to Thanos it and do it myself from now on. I could buy the drill, level, and stud finder for far less than what they're charging. All the regrets.

    Go into the store with a couple laptops to repair. Geek Squad guy says they 'send them out'. I asked where. He said Ontario. Minimum two weeks before you get them back! Lol. No guarantees they can even get parts as the laptop is a couple years old. Just a broken hinge for the screen. I'll give three stars as I don't actually have any idea how good or bad they are at repairing any hardware, but just shipping your computer to Ontario and cross your fingers. Lol.
