- NBNunyo BiznizNov 30, 20212.0Poor customer service from the Nerd Herders (Chuck ftw). Once they have you signed up, that's where the "caring" pretty much stops. From then on, they'll charge you for everything. Move the TV down a few inches? That's a full installation fee of nearly $200. I'm going to Thanos it and do it myself from now on. I could buy the drill, level, and stud finder for far less than what they're charging. All the regrets.
