- DDDub-litoAug 22, 20251.0Had a bad experience at this store. OMG, I don't think their agents are trained about security. I went to the store to cancel a protection plan and was getting frustrated because they were asking the wrong questions. The other agent was giving me the attitude, good thing her co-worker knew how to de-escalate the situation. They didn't ask me any security questions or any IDs and just printed out my wife's info (all the associated phone numbers, our address, her email, etc.) and gave the paper to me. WTH!!! What if I were a different person and just posing to be me, my wife's info could have easily gotten stolen. NOT GOOD AT ALL. I give them -10 stars🤔

There are always challenges whenever one isn’t tech savvy but the aforementioned staff members were patient & helpful throughout the process. Thanks guys!
