  Had a bad experience at this store. OMG, I don't think their agents are trained about security. I went to the store to cancel a protection plan and was getting frustrated because they were asking the wrong questions. The other agent was giving me the attitude, good thing her co-worker knew how to de-escalate the situation. They didn't ask me any security questions or any IDs and just printed out my wife's info (all the associated phone numbers, our address, her email, etc.) and gave the paper to me. WTH!!! What if I were a different person and just posing to be me, my wife's info could have easily gotten stolen. NOT GOOD AT ALL. I give them -10 stars🤔

  If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! Incredible experience from start to finish. My computer had a critical issue that rendered it useless a day before an important midterm exam, which was stressful to say the least. I was lucky enough to work with Neil and his team at the Regent Geek Squad (BestBuy) location, where their professional, patient, kind, and knowledgeable demeanor helped ease my nerves. They offered a solution and I walked out of BestBuy with a loaner computer equipped to write my exam and attend my classes as per usual. One week later, my computer has returned safe and sound from the repair center in Vancouver and is working like a charm. Thank you Geek Squad! You've made a new loyal customer who will recommend your services to everyone.

  Spent 45 minutes trying to set up a claim. Was sent around the mulberry bush so many times. Same questions each tome just to be sent back to square 1 What i want is to be able to send my product in for repair that store says they can not fix. Now im informed i only bought walkup warranty. What is that all about. One very unhappy customer . Bestbuy geek squad says call 1800… and 1800 says call store!!!!
