  I had them replace my lenovo laptops entire LCD screen with a refurbished part from lenovo. They said quote on quote "this is a easy part to replace". They got the job done, but I was really hoping they'd at least check all the functions to make sure the computer fully works. When i got home the camera is no longer working. I called them back & they tried to have me pay another $70 for a diagnoses on the camera. They do a decent job, but maybe at least check to make sure the computer is fully operational before having a customer pick it up.

  UPDATE: Please post the transcript. Hell, post the video. The fact of the matter is I requested a service over the phone that you said you offer. The moment I come in your front desk girl pushes a different service on me for a much higher price. When I complained about price she pushes a different service on me for a reduced price, but still over double what was quoted on phone. I allowed you to do this service in hope that you would fulfill what I explained to you over phone and in person. but you did not fulfill this. I didn't bring the computer back because your own words to me was you are in-capable of effecting the repairs I require. You actually stated that NOONE could do it. (You were incorrect btw) I feel I was cheated out of the $75.00 plus tax but I was not pursing any recourse in that regard. Now you have all but called me a liar here. Good sir please, post the video. Let the world see who is the liar here. Learn to stand behind your service and your work which frankly is extremely lacking. <End Edit> <Original Post> Spoke to them on the phone about a BSOD issue. Was told there would be a $30 diagnostic fee which would be credited towards any repair work that would need to be performed. Upon arrival front desk girl immediately pushes me towards a $200+ reload package. I say that is not what I need so they push me to the $75 reload package. I figure not worth fight so sign what they want me to to get them to work on it. Get the computer back, within 15 minutes of plugging in exact same problem persists. When talking to owner they claimed I asked just for a windows reload. Says if I bring it back in they will take another shot at it. Reserve the right to edit / delete this review depending on how that process goes. Hopeful for the best. Initial impression is they seem to instead of listening to your problems, make assumptions and try to steam roll you into the reload package. Buyer beware. <End Original Post>

  I run a local business. The computer I use for day to day operations charger broke off in the port. I called 3 big name companies in Monroe. The first 2 companies prices were assinine for what i needed amd they wanted me to wait. I couldnt eait because thisbcomouter runs my Business. I conyltacted A+ and they said sure no problem the price was way cheaper by hundreds. They came to me and fixed it in 20 mins. If you need a computer serviced thisbisbyour place!
