Tony came to the house and worked diligently in a “hands on” mode while talking me through each step. After a couple of hours all of the priority items had been addressed including switching out Apple ID accounts on a MacBook device and migrating an iTunes library from a retired iMac device to my current device. I am in the process of pulling together another hit list of projects including scrubbing clean old phones, laptops and tablets before they are donated or recycled. I really like Tony’s professional approach and attention to detail, all the while providing explanations and options for my consideration. I’m very pleased with the results.
