  I highly recommend Mark Lebowitz for computer needs. His knowledge and professionalism gave me confidence that he could help me resolve my laptop's problem. Microsoft had completed an overnight update which changed my login screen. Without knowledge of required pin and password I was stuck and ended in a BitLocker nightmare. After several attempts, I was not able to log into Microsoft even with their recovery method. Mark suggested that we reload Windows 11 and I decided that was the best thing to do. Mark worked quickly and set up my laptop so this should not happen again. His pricing was very reasonable. And his warm personality made me feel comfortable and safe. Thank you Mark for taking such good care of me and my laptop.

  I had an urgent computer emergency and called Mark. He immediately responded and I was able to drop my computer off within 15 minutes. He went above and beyond and delivered great results. Would def. recommend!

  It is our genuine pleasure to recommend Lebowitz IT Services for Home, Office and Small Businesses. After a very disappointing experience with the technical support team at a chain store, we called Lebowitz IT Services, LLC and were immediately impressed with Mark the owner who quickly understood our situation and was beyond sharing and helpful. We had purchased a new computer and moved from Windows 7 to a Windows 10 environment. We have a complicated email set up and Mark solved it and came up with the perfect solution. He explained that the store tech support team was not familiar with the new issues regarding this situation. Mark was beyond a pro and overcame the obstacles involved. Mark saved us time by importing all the files from our old computer to the new one and he also provided recommendations as to what to use for a particular purpose. He was beyond patient and he is excellent at explaining things. Mark’s fees are fair and his services are exceptional. It is a relief for us to have someone we trust to call for issues in the future.
