Print quality here is always excellent, and while they take on plenty of large print jobs, they're never rude when I come in asking for just "one copy" of something either. If you aren't familiar with how the print process works, they will help you understand if you just ask them. I love that they have a section of office supplies as well. This business has been owned/operated by the same people for many years now, and they always give great service. No one I've referred to them has ever come back complaining. A nice place of business with good customer service. I've done business here since the 1980s. Highly recommend.

Front desk has no personally it's like I was not important enough to be there answer the phone which was a personal issue about getting her hair cut and she when on and on like I wasn't standing there 🤦♀️ won't go back again, it's out of town for now on..it's not the 1st time with this company but it's the LAST I'm sure this company don't care..
August 2022. They will get the job done in a timely manner; however, the owner is terrible with his nasty attitude. Sent an image for labels, was given a price for the labels, went to pick them up, and the image was blurry. I mentioned the blurry image. The young guy explained to the lady that because the size of the image changed when printed, it caused it to be blurry. I know that they work with images to make them clear. Therefore, I asked why no-one called to ask if I wanted them to print blurry images before printing all the blurry sheets. I was simply told to send a photo (which was not blurry when sent). Had I been told to send a certain pixel size, I would have. So, the lady says that they could change it, but there'd be an additional fee. I did voice my concern nicely and asked the lady once again why no-one called. When stating my thought about them calling for the faded labels, she didn't respond, but the owner (who was already standing there) interrupts me and says look, we can go on all day back and forth or we can just give you a refund. She also mentions that they'll take a loss for some of the cost. I wasn't fully in agreement with that after calculating the new cost for the labels. I agreed to the refund and then the owner starts talking. So why is he trying to talk after he was rude to stop me from talking. I interrupted him to say "My refund please." I was given a refund and that was the end of that forever. First time and last time.
