They used a genuine MacBook Air part if you are worried about them not using genuine parts like I was. When I picked up my MacBook it looked like I just unboxed it for the first time. They even fixed a small dent on the back of my device when they fixed the screen. Just one thing is that they are pretty expensive but I understand that ordering parts for Apple devices isn’t cheap either. But overall I recommend them!

Hayden seems well informed on a wide array of products. Refurb laptops for our kids purchased here have held up nicely over the years. Love that we don’t have to wait in long apple lines to get great service.
