We bought a printer(not from them) and it started to have issues, had 3 different companies out all saying they cld fix it they had no clue how to even open it! My office manager found The Right Equipment Company and called just about in tears and they came out that day, even stayed after hours, opened it in 2 seconds and new the problem immediately!! When it was time to buy a new printer we bought directly from them, Their service is impeccable! Kevin and his son Devin are just the nicest and always there when you need them!

In the past, we have dealt primarily with large firms such as Konica and Danka. However, we grew tired of dealing with new people every three years as these large firms can never retain their representatives for a three year period. We decided to branch out and obtained proposals from four smaller firms and the Right Equipment Company emerged as our first choice. It turned out we certainly made the correct selection and they have made every effort to assist us. This is a challenge for them as we are not tech oriented and they have shown amazing patience in explaining all of the functions of our new Xerox. We could not recommend them more highly.
