- KMKellie MOct 1, 20255.0CPT of South Florida and it's team are exceptional! We were having a difficult time setting up a multi-location Ring Central phone system. After MANY hours of in house staff trying to get things to work, we called CPT. They came out the same day and had everything setup & resolved within a few hours. TJ and Jami were super responsive and extremely knowledgeable. I would highly recommend them!
- FAFrancisco AlvaradoJan 23, 20235.0CPT solved our phone problems quickly. TJ and his staff showed urgency and direction during the installation process. Even while having the old system going, we were still able to take advantage of all the features that the AOC system offered. No downtime at all!! Smooth transition from S2S to AOC. Without CPT of South Florida this would have taken us months to get setup. They had us up in days making test calls and learning the admin portal. CPT was definitely an excellent choice to partner with.

There techs are some of the most knowledgeable in the industry. Recently our server was down on a Monday morning. They dispatched a tech and were onsite within 2 hours of our call, they diagnosed the problem, order the parts overnight and we were up and running the following morning. Being an internet based company being down is not an option. Thank you CPT!
