Their well-seasoned and knowledgeable team provides truly unparalleled service. We first worked with TJ and CPT 12 years ago during our transition to an Avaya phone system, and again this past January when we transitioned to the RingCentral cloud-based phone system. We could not have asked for a better company to work with.

He has worked with us on local networking, server issues, but most importantly an extensive network of 100 phones across 11 locations with RingCentral and previously Avaya. Switching to a new phone system was turnkey and easy. Follow through is 100%. In my opinion, CPT is the go-to company in South Florida for complicated phone and networking needs, service is top notch, and I would recommend them without hesitation for your professional services.

Even while having the old system going, we were still able to take advantage of all the features that the AOC system offered. No downtime at all!! Smooth transition from S2S to AOC. Without CPT of South Florida this would have taken us months to get setup. They had us up in days making test calls and learning the admin portal. CPT was definitely an excellent choice to partner with.
