  I walked in this morning with a huge problem; my laptop was broken and I needed to spend the day preparing for a meeting tomorrow. Within just a few minutes Gary Faircloth, understood how important this was to me and helped me to a solution. This was the best outcome I could have imagined. I found out that they offer full Managed IT Services. I'll be sure to recommend his firm to my friends who are struggling with their IT needs. Outsource!

  So, so helpful! I used them for warranty repair on a Lenovo laptop once before and they were great then. Today I stopped in with an issue, and she was able to fix it on the spot... no charge! I'm sure they can't always do a no charge fix, but it sure made my day!!!! I would definitely go back.

  These folks are really sweet. They stock the oddball ancient printer tape and are able to provide repairs for our antique (but very expensive to replace)printers for work. They're reasonably priced and pretty darn quick with repairs.

  The service was fast and they seemed to actually care about the customers concerns, unlike other repair shops in the area. They also work with mapleton public schools giving students an opportunity to intern in the shop!

  My desktop started having electrical issues. Took it here to have it diagnosed because i could not figure out the issue. Within 1 business day, they had diagnosed a blown capacitor in my power supply and had me up and running by the end of the day. They were very fast and professional and definately know what they are doing. I will go here every time.
