    We are a Canon dealer out of the Boston area, and asked Golden Gate to service one of our customers in the Bay Area. Fantastic service and communication, this is what our customer had to say. Highly recommend! We met Tony this morning, and he inspected both MFPs. I have to say that Tony is definitely one of the best printer technicians I've ever met. He is very knowledgeable, detail-oriented, polite, and took the time to listen and address existing issues. He also provides some valuable maintenance tips. We appreciate you sending him over today!

    Golden Gate Office solutions was great to work with and really took the time to understand the needs of our office. Stephanie was prompt with responding to our questions either via email or picking up the phone to answer our last minute questions. Robert the service technician was pleasant to work with and didn't make us feel like fools when we changed out our printers and were asking basic questions about the new machines.
