Moreover, No phone or online support to assist customer to directly call the store and speak to geek squad agent to ask about the benefits or coverage . I called geek squad main helpline and they said they dont have discount for online products and when i asked for in store product discounts than they said you can visit store and they have nothing to tell if which product is covered or not .... I mean so OUTDATED ... $35/ Month I pay and thats what im getting lol - so poor geek squad ..... I said I want to cancel my member ship they said pay $140 to cancel ... What a blackmail ... nobody told me that when I started the plan .... Everything is hidden in geek squad ...no transparency to customer ... I would give minus one star ...
