USELESS. The only positive about these guys is that they are great to chat with (ONLINE REMOTE SUPPORT). I HAD A problem with my PC (pages slow to load, not responsive, just the PC is slow). I paid $80 to have it remotely fixed, and the problem came back ....again and again.....because of the 90 day service warranty, i came back 6 times to fix this problem and none of them have fixed it to this day. BUT, WHAT THEY ARE DOING....is running GENERIC, ONE FIX, STANDARDIZED TESTS AND FIXES and not fixing " your computer" - so your basically paying money for a CARBON COPY Tune up that they are all taught and not actually fixing your computer with its problems. 6 timeless i came back to these guys. USELESS - NEVER AGAIN..

its a scam. Beware. The salesman will try to lure you by giving you free installation if you buy geek squad. Very often the value of the install is less than the membership price.

bought the in home warranty when a new lap top was purchased, and all pcs, phones are covered. have used them 3 times since, and each time the help was amazing, polite and even humourous. The tablet we had went funny, took it to store as they said it cannot be done on line, they sent it off it took a few weeks though, but got it in good working condition. so am not sure who and how the others got 1star service, are they from the USA. not certain but i can recommend them as the money spent is worth the service in Bitcom or gold. thanks . they wanted me to add a feed back, but my e mail was not correct so i never got one to post. Javier was the geek who helped clean up the pc.

I will never sign up for another contract with this company. In order to get a new phone or repairs you have to put a horrific amount of money on a credit card before they will even repair or replace your phone. The worse customer service I have ever experienced. Even the provider had issues with this.
