HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!! We buy 5 years guarantee for our laundry dryer machine and I they told us to file a service request online to get fixed. Our guarantee file doesn’t even exist In their website! Their CHAT doesn’t work, and when we called to their customer protection phone they find our invoice, our guarantee etc but the agent REFUSE to send someone to fix the dryer because the machine serial number, and they NO OFFER ANY OTHER SOLUTION! Never had such bad problems with another store in my life that the problems we had and have with the HORRIBLE COMPANIES who work with BEST BUY! Their delivery company is an HORTIR also, and now their GEEK SQUAD absolutely BAD!!!!

Biggest scam on earth. They sold me a membership when I bought the TV and told me protection plan is only $149.99 for 5 years instead of $500 whatever it is suppose to be. They told me I need to keep my member ship for a full year otherwise they will charge me the difference for the membership fee for a full year, fine. Now that a year is passed they want to charge me the full price for the TV protection plan because I am cancelling the membership. I already paid the $149.99 that is what I was told. These guys look for anyway to make money. Report them and don't purchase from best buy!

Geek Squad are either scammers or remarkably incompetent. They can't get anything right, and waste an enormous amount of you time. Their priority is only on trying to upsell you more equipment that you probably don't need instead of just setting up your existing equipment. Horrendous customer service. Awful experience. DO NOT PAY for Geek Squad.
