- RCRyan ChesterAug 22, 20221.0Been buying the screen protectors for phones for the last 3 phones I've had, lifetime warranty as long as you keep the phone I was told and records would be filed electronically on thier end. During 1st installation theu covered the speker on front, they fixed after repeated times telling them it was a issue with install. 2nd time I went to get it replaced because of a scratch they couldn't find my transaction, was stupid and bought another one. No issues with the next one and then nothing with the phone after that. But last year bought new phone, and tried them again. They put it on and partially covered my front camera and was was not able to bring back right away, finally had 40 mins where I didn't need my phone only to find out was a 1 year warranty not a lifetime as promised at the time of purchase and not willing to fix thier original mistake, offered to sell me a new, I dont think so..... DO NOT BUY

When push came to shove and I needed a new phone they wanted a $1000 deposit for a new phone and if not that wait 7 days for a new one and still get charged $200. Bruh this phone is years old and isn't even worth $200 new on any marketplace. Any other insurance company on phones give u one free replacement no questions asked ... So hilarious . My phone isn't even broke but someone told me to call and see what they would say in this case .. my God .. money wasted . What a damn joke 🤦🏼♀️😂😂😂 the girl was also so salty that I wanted to cancel this scam plan lol
