  After a visit to the sudbury store, I noticed that they had young enthusiastic technicians working there so we booked an in house appointment to get our expensive but high tech MESH system installed. First of all, it took a week for the appointment to happen the the same tekky that was at the store showed up. He was very polite and willing to help but his knowledge of equipment was less than it should of been. During the install to which I had to guide him as to wire goes where and how the house in configured, he then states that he can't perform the task at hand because our equipment doesn't work anymore. So we exchanged scenarios as to how we're going to proceed and I left as 3 hours in, I had to be somewhere else. Upon my return about another hour or so, i noticed the mesh system not installed but packed up ready to be returned and the equipment that I was told didn't work anymore was up and going but for some reason the whole network information had been changed. With 35 units using the network, we spent the rest of the day as well as the next day configuring all those units up again so we can use them. A simple waste of time and energy that could of been all prevented if only the young geek would of faced the facts that he wasn't able to do this work. I since ordered a self installing network mesh system that I was told wasn't available and am now enjoying proper wifi without the hassle of this company. They do install a great screen saver at the store and I like the fact that they have shoe covers when visiting a home but as far as being knowledgeable, well I think a bit more experienced technician should be making house calls.

  I want to give a shout out to Ashton at the Sudbury store. He helped me fix a problem. Very friendly and knowledgeable! I will definitely go back with any other tech issues I have!

  I paid for their warranty for my MacBook and when I went in with an issue it was not resolved. Since getting it "fixed", my laptop has been slower and dies before being at 0%.
