- ADA DeeJun 12, 20221.0I went in there to get a graphics card installed. I expected to pay a few bucks. The technician kept coming up with excuses as to why something didn’t work, and kept telling me that I needed to buy more and more. He got up to $1,300 worth of stuff, when I decided enough was enough. I emailed the manufacturer of the computer I had originally bought. They told me they could install the card themselves free of charge. Free vs. $1,300. Were they trying to rip me off? You tell me…..

But he told me to see the boys at the geek squad so I stopped in on my way home. Not only did they fix me up with something he installed it right then and there in the parking lot. I won't say how little I paid but I'll tell you it was next to nothing especially considering how much HD wanted for a kit! I also walked out with a new nest product seeing I saved so much. Alex's helpfulness made a bigger sale for the store. Thanks Alex, it even made my stereo sound better lol
