We cancelled protection on all of our devices in the house and this month I was hit with a charge again. I called and they told me my phone was still being covered and that they wouldn't reimburse me even though they specifically told me that I was ending protection on ALL my devices in the home. The agent on the phone was extremely unhelpful and told me we would not be getting our money back.

I've dealt with 3 agents for 1 issue. 1st was quite helpful but closed the file before approving the file. Human error? Sure it happens. 2nd agent was not so helpful. Due to human error it was started the process all over. Unacceptable. Take care of the customer when you screw up Angela. Not hanging up on them. 3rd. Nicholas. Thank you sir for taking care of the customer. Faith restored in customer service. Update. Been lied to yet again. Why can't I just have my broken TV replaced by warranty instead of waiting 3-5 business days for the third time in a row?

I have no clue why I am paying fpr tvis month and what services tbey are doing for me. I just havent had time to go cancel. Trying to call or cancel o line hasnt proven to be very customer friendly with all the rigma-rolls I went through.

Professional, but not worth the money. Might as well have done it myself. They did not do anything above basic set up. No hiding wires, no specialized sound it set up advice just a hook up
