I should have checked the reviews first before going.
These folks dont qualify to hold the respectable geek title.

I am very unsatisfied with customer service, I just wanted to update my payment method, and I wanted to do it On the phone, but unfortunately, this useless AI just repeated One and the same information and not helping at all. They just could transfer me to the billing department, but they didn’t do it. Just gave useless information press go there very poor so I will stop being a member. Thank you but No thank you.

$3000 television stopped working after 1.5 years.
Filed a Service request - no answer days later. Called the third party service centre and they said that Best Buy never even filed the service request properly instead they cancelled it. Filed another service request again same type of issue. Told Best Buy what was happening and they straight out, refused to look into the matter and said that there was no problem.
Ended up talking to the third-party repair technicians themselves and they were the ones that ended up helping me. Alreayd waited whole week for a call back. Now they’re saying it’ll take another week or even longer.
What kind of garbage service is this? Reporting them to the better business bureau.

All I wanted to do was call and ask a quick question, I was literally on the phone with the automated response robot for 4 minutes, and then they told me that I’m not allowed to make the call since apparently I need to go online and send an email instead.
All I wanted to do was ask a simple question. This is bizarre. I brought my business to Canada Computers across the street instead, at least they pick up the phone.
