  I’d give this place zero stars if possible.The Geek Squad at Bramalea City Centre is a total scam. When I bought my iPad, three sales reps swarmed me to push their Geek Squad Protection Plan. I fell for it and paid $151.50 for a 3-year plan. Total trap. They lure you in with cheap multi-year rates but refuse to actually help you when things go wrong.It has been a full month since I handed over my iPad for service. Their online tracker just says a parcel shipped on July 2nd, with zero updates since. Today, a rep over the phone casually told me my iPad was "lost or misplaced."Because of their mess-up, I had to take a half-day off work to get answers in person. Instead of getting help, I was straight-up harassed and discriminated against. Between 5:40 p.m. and 5:55 p.m., a male employee named SHANKAR and an Indian female colleague hid in their office, whispering, staring, and openly laughing at me. I was treated like a joke in front of the whole store by employees acting like they own the place. It was incredibly disrespectful, unprofessional, and isolating.They lost my expensive device, and their response was to hide in an office and mock me.Do not buy the protection plan. Do not trust this store. They will take your money, lose your stuff, and humiliate you when you ask for answers. Best Buy corporate needs to review the store cameras for that time frame, investigate this location immediately, and replace my lost iPad.

This Geek Squad department at Bramalea City Centre is a total scam.When I first purchased my iPad, three sales representatives eagerly stood by my side to convince me to buy their Geek Squad Protection Plan. I ended up purchasing a 3-year plan for $151.50. It is a complete trap. They lure you in with cheap, multi-year rates, but they completely fail to honor the service.It has now been a full month since I handed my iPad over to them for service. Their online tracking site only shows that a parcel was shipped on July 2nd, with absolutely no updates since. Today, I spoke with a representative over the phone who casually informed me that my iPad has been "lost or misplaced."Because of their negligence, I had to take a half-day off work to visit the store in person to get answers. Instead of receiving professional help, I was subjected to literal harassment and discrimination. Between 5:40 p.m. and 5:55 p.m., a male employee named SHANKAR and an Indian female colleague were together inside their office. During this exact time, they chose to whisper, stare out at me, and openly laugh at me. I was treated like a joke in front of the entire store by employees acting like they own the place. Their attitude was incredibly disrespectful, completely unprofessional, and deeply alienating.They lost an expensive device that belongs to me, and their response was to hide in their office and mock me to my face.Please do not buy the protection plan. Do not trust this store. They will take your money, lose your property, and humiliate you when you ask for answers. I am demanding that Best Buy corporate management reviews the store cameras from that specific time frame, investigates this location immediately, and provides a full replacement for my lost iPad.

  We had a great professional experience with Marvin and Benson as they delivered and installed our samsung tv. They handled everything with efficiency and explained all the functions pf tv in detail to us.

  Please don’t get a protection plan, and if you do don’t go to this location. They don’t pick up, when they do they are rude and dismissive. No updates are provided and the questions you have will go unanswered. Save your money and get outside repair no point wasting your time here

  This is really a scam please be aware about the geek squad. These guys are big time scammers. I purchased a laptop and was given geek squad support for 28 dollars per month and was told that i can cancel the plan at any point of time but when i tried to cancel it they charged me 100 dollars as in the cancelation fees, whereas, on the first hand i wasn't told about the cancelation fees. So please be aware of it and don't opt for this service as it is uselss !!
