  Great deals on opened appliances or slightly damaged. Saved $1500 on a fridge that had only a minor scratch. Definitely recommend checking out before paying full price.

  I recently bought a Samsung range from Brampton location, and it was supposed to be delivered on Thursday but they cancelled it and delivered on Saturday. Most importantly, the induction isn't working for the first use itself (it is throwing error and stopped working). When I called Samsung and they mentioned that PCB (Program Control Board) which is the necleus isn't working as expected and has to be replaced. The stove was sold by Best Buy that it was QA tested and other than a minor scratch. This shows how their quality of their QA testing (either knowingly they sold it or they don't have expertise to do a proper job). This shows the basic quality check and expertise they lack. Im totally frustated and now struggling to work with Samsung for the repair. It is now more than 3 weeks since I brought this product and struggling to get it fixed. It is insane / horrible first experience which I never recommend to anyone.
