It's never been the same, has constant issues now. Would not recommend, appalling service.

- NBNunyo BiznizNov 30, 20212.0Poor customer service from the Nerd Herders (Chuck ftw). Once they have you signed up, that's where the "caring" pretty much stops. From then on, they'll charge you for everything. Move the TV down a few inches? That's a full installation fee of nearly $200. I'm going to Thanos it and do it myself from now on. I could buy the drill, level, and stud finder for far less than what they're charging. All the regrets.
- JPJim PopkeyFeb 4, 20213.0Go into the store with a couple laptops to repair. Geek Squad guy says they 'send them out'. I asked where. He said Ontario. Minimum two weeks before you get them back! Lol. No guarantees they can even get parts as the laptop is a couple years old. Just a broken hinge for the screen. I'll give three stars as I don't actually have any idea how good or bad they are at repairing any hardware, but just shipping your computer to Ontario and cross your fingers. Lol.
