  I recently took my Mac to Eperimax in Fountain Valley and had an excellent experience. Kevin provided truly outstanding customer service from start to finish. He was attentive, honest, and very cost-efficient, taking the time to explain what was going on with my computer without trying to upsell unnecessary repairs. Most importantly, he was able to get my Mac up and running again within just a few days, which was incredibly helpful. It’s not easy to find someone who combines technical skill with such great customer care, but Kevin absolutely does! If you need computer repair or tech help, I highly recommend Eperimax. Professional, efficient, and genuinely great service.

  Great communication. I was unsure if the iPod I needed fixed was fixable. Sure enough, Kevin pulled it off. He provided a clear payment expectation and was able to fix what was needed right in the price range he quoted. Definitely recommend this business, Keven was wonderful to work with.

  Experimax of Huntington Beach -just the max. Kevin Nonnemaker is very knowlagable and dedicated to getting the job done correctly and thoroughly. I have a 2011 MacBook Pro that was giving me many problems. After after Kevin worked on it, it works much better. I still need to replace the remote keyboard that I use with the computer. I recommend Kevin and his business to anyone who needs help with Maac OS computers.

  Needed the battery replaced in my iPhone 11 and Kevin got me in and out in under 15min. Great customer service and exceptional value!! I highly recommend for any phone, tablet and/or laptop repairs!!
